For our Client, international company with stable position on a market, we are looking for: Senior Recruiter
Responsibilities:
- Support hiring managers to raise requisitions within our Self-Service applicant tracking tool (SuccessFactors).
- Collaborating with hiring managers to develop a sourcing strategy, establish effective selection & assessment methods and advocating best practice for preparing Job Descriptions and interviewing techniques.
- Leverage online recruiting tools to advertise and promote job openings on careers pages, job boards and social networks (e.g. LinkedIn) etc.
- Source candidates through online channels (e.g. professional networks and portfolio sites).
- Responsible for holding hiring managers accountable for recruiting (adherence to EMEA Recruitment Policy, feedback on CVs, interview feedback, etc.) and onboarding processes. Provide direct coaching and consultation to client areas to develop the highest level of talent.
- Manage internal client relationships. Work with business leaders to determine their staffing requirements and address current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure data within the internal applicant tracking system (SuccessFactors) is up to date with accurate information.
- Develop networks and processes to support a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Responsible for Executive level interface, and Executive Recruiting when required.
- Engaging with the Compensation team when required to ensure consistency on job grading, offers, internal transfers etc.
- Maintain a solid understanding of CenturyLink and our culture and use this to provide inspiring information to candidates about CenturyLink, our EMEA business and the opportunity.
- Stays informed of market trends and innovative recruiting techniques. Provides market insights, recruitment data and statistics to stakeholders as required.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an internal recruiter in a comparable role.
- Experience recruiting in either the Technology or Telecommunications industries.
- Experience using recruiting applicant tracking systems.
- Solid understanding of full-cycle recruiting.
- Ability to influence people and processes.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Flexible, proactive and able to prioritize effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with all levels of management, both inside and outside of the organization.
- Very good command of the English language both verbal & written.
- Self-motivated and confident to work independently.
- Experienced user of LinkedIn recruiter.
- Expert in using direct sourcing strategies to identify and hire talent.
- Solution orientated, able to solve recruitment problems and challenges.
- The ability to influence key stakeholders with the courage and temerity to challenge and set expectations.
