Recruiters are trusted advisors to the business and expected to take the lead in creating, managing and driving all recruitment processes together with the hiring managers and be assertive and highly adaptable.

Key tasks
- Carry out end-to-end recruitment processes in close cooperation with hiring managers and together with regional HR resources
- Adhere to agreed policies, procedures and processes designed to drive consistency of approach
- Identify, create and manage talent pools of candidates as required
- Support and advise on all recruitment related issues
- Stay updated on trends and market situation within the area of recruitment, in particular, social media and digitalization
- Organise and conduct interviews (international via Skype, locally in Poland)
Position Qualifications
- Proven track record within recruitment from a commercially focused, preferably multinational organisation
- Demonstrable end to end recruitment experience gained within an in-house or Agency/RPO organisation
- Experience with sourcing candidates through full range of attraction and resourcing methods and channels is an advantage
- Experience of working with Applicant Tracking Systems
- Experienced in a wide variety of selection techniques including competency based interviews and psychometric assessment tools
- Recruitment experience gained within a Shared Services environment would be advantageous
- Excellent English skills required, both written and verbal
