And your professional profile is relevant to the following skills:
- At least 4 years experience in recruitment (mainly positions within customer support, marketing, sales and business support area) - necessary condition;
- Fluency in English and Polish both written and spoken, preferred level C1 - necessary condition;
- Extensive experience in end-to-end recruitment;
- Experience in working directly with Hiring Managers;
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build long-lasting relationships with candidates;
- Experience working with recruiting systems such as Erecruiter, LinkedIn Recruiter Platform and internet direct sourcing tools;
- Experience in HR projects and processes (performance management, talent management);
- Excellent organizational skills;
- Ability to work effectively under time pressure within fast-paced environment.
