And your professional profile is relevant to the following skills:
- At least 5 years experience in recruitment (mainly business positions, but also a wide spectrum of recruitment) - necessary condition;
- Fluency in English and Polish both written and spoken, preferred level C1 - necessary condition;
- Extensive experience in end-to-end recruitment;
- Experience in working directly with Hiring Managers;
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build long-lasting relationships with candidates;
- Experience working with recruiting systems, LinkedIn Recruiter Platform and internet direct sourcing tools;
- Experience in soft HR projects is welcome;
- Excellent organizational skills;
- Ability to work effectively under time pressure;
- Communication skills and being success-oriented.
