Meet the team
Agile Transformation Team is anchored within Business Engagement & Digital Transformation Team in Lundbeck GBS. It focuses on building agile culture and delivering system and process transformation projects to support Lundbeck in executing the long term strategy. Agile Transformation Team will very closely collaborate with Process Owners and Digitalization Experts to synergize on accelerating the successful implementations.
- Leading end to end project as outlined in project charter
- Proactively monitoring project execution to effectively identify risks/issues/dependencies
- Managing a team to achieve desired project results within planned time, budget and quality
- Managing project risk, identifying and resolving issues
- Reporting project progress
- Creating project documentation
- Building and maintaining excellent relationships with Stakeholders
- Promoting an Agile way of working and supporting a culture of continuous improvement
- Project management experience, minimum 4 years
- Expertise in Project Management methodology (PMI, Prince2 or equivalent)
- Expertise in process optimazation/standardization projects in the area of AP, T&E, GL, HR
- Expertise in Agile methodology is an advantage
- Knowledge of SAP, Ariba, Concur is an advantage
- English at C1 is a must
Education, certificates:
- Higher university degree
- PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM or equivalent is an advantage

- Leadership skills: Ability to lead the team without direct reporting line
- Self-starter
- Stakeholder Management Skills: Ability to identify and manage various groups of stakeholders with diverse needs
- Communication Skills
- Ability to clearly communicate and tailor the message to respective audience
