What you’ll do:
- Coordinates projects, lead project activities and serves as a liaison between key stakeholders and affiliates
- Serves as the key point of contact for all aspects of the programs and projects
- Ensures smooth execution and delivery, provides scheduled and ad-hoc support to management, project team members and business representatives
- Works closely with clients and the business to identify and analyze core business processes and workflows (Business Process Modeling)
- Develops, manages and reviews the status of projects, manages schedules and prepares reports, communicates appropriately to key stakeholders
- Creates and updates project documents such as roadmaps, project plans, task lists, process maps, role mapping documents, etc.
- Prepares and coordinates workshops with end-users and key stakeholders to review and redesign roles assignment and business process models where required
- Develops appropriate tools to execute activities as required (status report templates, VBA macros, etc.)
- Deliver roles analysis, review assignments in the system, create mapping documents and support training plans preparation activities, proposes and drives improvements
- Provides end-user support after system release in the area of roles and responsibilities
- Develops and maintains business process maps
What you’ll need:
- Min. 3 years of experience as a PMO/PM
- Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to extensively analyze business processes and workflows
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and MS Visio
- Excellent written and oral communication in English
- The possession of strong interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated team player with the ability to handle multiple workstreams and ad-hoc tasks simultaneously
- Willingness to learn, open for new ideas
- The ability to articulate or demonstrate ideas and plans
- The ability to relate to staff at all levels
- The ability to encourage & motivate people
- Intercultural sensitivity – ability to work and influence across different countries and cultures
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
