Procurement Operations team is a part of Source to Pay department. There are 4 areas in which team supports daily operations: ordering process within SAP and Ariba systems, price management and price discrepancies maintenance and supporting Arla’s colleagues to become compliant to Purchasing Policy. Moreover securing quality of Procurement Master Data is also vital part of our scope of responsibilities supporting whole Source-To-Pay lifecycle.
As a Procurement Administrator, you become a part of our Global Shared Services in Gdansk. Here, you won’t find factory machines or farmers. Instead, you will join nearly 600 colleagues dedicated to supporting all of Arla with IT, HR, Procurement and financial and operations. Joining us, you will take part in our mission to make a real difference for colleagues near and far.
Specifically, you will:
- Support business on purchasing process as first support line using dedicated purchasing tools i.e. Ariba or SAP
- Follow the processes for supplier master maintenance, material master maintenance and price maintenance to ensure correct data,
- Ensures delivery of operational KPIs within own area
- Taking proactive role in initiatives in improving processes and operational issues and provides professional guidance,
- Acts as a gatekeeper for procurement data, procedures and processes and follows-up on the correct usage in the business,
- Providing support to employees in the organisation and to external stakeholders related to Purchasing Policy compliance
- Providing high service level to stakeholders via and via communication tools eg. Service Now, Teams and incoming phone calls in a timely manner,
- Assists procurement colleagues in guiding on the purchasing processes and communication platforms to end users and other stakeholders,
- Guides and trains Proc. Administrators or other colleagues requiring training within area of expertise
- Participates in the development and maintenance of IT procurement tools.
- Handles tasks assigned by the supervisor.
