For our Client, global company located in Katowice, we are looking for Candidates for the position of Senior Planning Officer. He/She supports the Planning Manager in the execution of supply plans for a given portfolio of products. He/She analyses forward rolling 24-month demand and supply balance and he/she proposes actions to deliver the required service, inventory and cost targets.
Working on that position your responsibilities will include: prepare monthly Rough Cut Capacity Planning (Rolling 24-months) for designated PLTs; weekly review of sales and production plans to monitor conformance with targets and take mitigating actions after agreement with Planning Manager; monitor KPIs (Customer Service, Sales Forecast, Stock, Obsolete) for designated PLTs and track losses, drive root causes analysis and propose remedial actions; propose actions to avoid or reduce obsolete; provide planning input in innovation process for designated PLTs and ensure capacity is available to deliver innovation OTIF; support Planning Manager in the volume allocation process; support implementation of various projects.
To be successful on this position you should speak fluent English, have planning knowledge and min. 2-3 years of working experience in planning and/or customer service, logistics departments. Ideal Candidate should have advanced system knowledge (MS Excel, SAP) and high analytical skills, APCIS certificate would be an advantage.
