Senior Personnel Administration Specialist

Main accountabilities
- Provide guidance on all Labour Law related issues
- Provide clarification of HR policies and procedures
- Process movements (transfers, promotion) and leavers requests
- Organize knowledge sharing sessions regarding Labour Law, time management and policies
- Manage the HR projects
- Prepare data for payroll process
- Administrate HR systems, cooperate with internal administrators, system updates and problem solving
- Manage the assigned part of the personnel Administration process in accordance with Labour Law and Capgemini methodology
- Update all required process documentation (process maps and procedures) and other documentation within agreed timeframes
- Prepare Personnel Administration reports and analyses
Candidate’s profile
- 3,5 years Experience in Personnel Administration is a must
- Very good knowledge of labour and social insurance regulations
- Very good command of spoken and written English is a must
- Knowledge of process specific systems/tools (Experience with TETA will be an asset)
- Experience with HR projects
- Attention to details
- Good knowledge of MS Office, esp. Excel
- Good communication skills
- Ability to cooperate smoothly with other team members
- Willingness to work in a complex and dynamic environment
- Good analytical and organization skills
- Ability to work independently
