Senior Payroll Tax Analyst EMEA

For our Client, new Company on Krakow market which is building a SSC structures we are looking for a candidate to position of Senior Payroll Tax Analyst EMEA. It is a chance to take part in transition of processes for a new SSC.
Duties:
- Research new global tax laws and work with provider to ensure compliance and work directly with HR to update policies where applicable
- Perform internal global payroll audits and compares and research global payroll tax discrepancies
- Lead and provide global tax guidance on various payroll projects
- Responsible for answering employee's global tax inquiries
- Lead year end global processes to ensure successful year end including all required government forms for each country
- Responsible for processing all global tax form corrections and conducting root cause analysis for correction
- Coordinate third party global mobility expat gross ups within the payroll system and verify proper taxation
- Identify and resolve all quarter end reconciliation tax issues and find ways to correct these variances moving forward
- Perform monthly global tax audits to ensure correct wage limits and rates, taxes are paid on time and responsible for making tax payments
- Process and remit taxes associated with third party sick pay
- Work on various payroll projects to ensure continuous improvement from a global tax perspective
- Responsible for preparing and providing information for all state and local global tax audits and auditor inquires
- Perform additional duties as assigned payroll manager
Wymagania:
- University degree
- Fluent knowledge of English
- 3-5 years of experience on simmilar position
- Experience in EMEA payroll Taxes
- Experience in answering employees on global payroll problems
- Experience with SAP/Success Factors and Ms Office (Excel)
- Experience in outsourced payroll organization will be an asset
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and commitment to accuracy
- Very good communication and ability to build solid relationships
- Strong interpersonal skills and proactive team work approach
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure and proactively identify and solve issues
