The EMEA Payroll Ops Projects Analysts will play a vital role in managing, executing and reporting on payroll operational improvement projects and issues resolution projects. They will be responsible day to day for the investigation, analysis and project design of how operations handles payroll process gaps and issues, as well as for the optimization of payroll ops projects reporting and ensuring that our EMEA projects are prioritized and executed on a timely basis.
Overall responsibilities:
- Day to day payroll issues prioritization and assignment
- Operational Change Management activities
- Ensuring project plans are complete and fully mapped out
- Track project plans and associated projects risks are appropriately managed
- Managing error remediation with internal stakeholders
- Support Payroll Operations process improvements
- Partnering with EMEA Team Leads & Country Processors on project execution
Top 3 daily responsibilities:
- Investigating payroll errors, improvements and issues
- Proposing remediation actions & prepare project plans
- Engaging with BPO / PSPs / internal stakeholders to resolve project issues
- Education: University degree (Finance/Engineering/Business - preferable)
- Payroll experience preferred
- Total years of experience in a relevant industry, discipline or responsibility: ~ 5 years (in case of senior role minimum 6 years)
