Zadania:
We are seeking a senior level Network andTelephony Systems Support Engineer who will be responsible for providingnetwork and IPT implementation support working on projects to implement networkand IP telephony technologies. They will be provided with high/low leveldesigns, based on which the implementation has to be executed. They will alsopart of the level 3 escalation group which provides 24X7 supports for globallydeployed Cisco network and IP telephony systems.
Responsibilities:
- Manage project work for network and voicesystems engineering tasks and core deliverables.
- Implement Voice IP , LAN and WANtechnologies working with various ITS support and engineering teams as per thestandards and design documents.
- Work with network architecture andengineering during design and planning phases for developing the High/Low Leveldesigns
- 24x7 oncall rotation support for Cisco'sIP telephony systems and all related CISCO IP telephony infrastructure.
- Administer and troubleshoot level 3incidents
- Documentation and transition to operations
- Training and Knowledge transfer
- 4+ Years of hands on experience on varioustechnologies like Cisco - Switches, Routers, Wireless and IPT Telephony,
- Good Knowledge on routing protocols, EIGRP, BGP and OSPF.
- Experience on supporting/implementation of large complex networks.
- Senior level experience managing and trouble-shooting complex networkinfrastructure in LAN/WAN environment with expertise in Routers, Switches,wireless, Firewalls from Cisco, Bluecoat Proxy and Checkpoint, etc,.
- Very good knowledge of English (written, verbal, interpretive)
- Adequate project management skills and ability to manage time and complextasks
- Good understanding of the MPLS technology and applications such as L3 VPN, L2VPN and VPLS from a provider point of view
- Working knowledge on Cisco IPT telephony which includes configuration ofGateways, CSS, Partitions, Route/translation Patters, Resources, Phones, trunksetc
Knowledge in administration of Unity Connection.
- Must have documentation skills and be proficient with MS Visio
- Active in pursuing learning opportunities
- Ability to convey a strong presence, professional image, and deal confidentlywith highly complex technical problems
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to workeffectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community andability to communicate technical information to non-technical personnel

- Willing to work on both Data and Voice related technologies.
Certifications Required:
CCNP/CCVPdesired.
