What does the team do?
Our Global Mobility Services (GMS) team provides tax and technology solutions to multinational companies with employees assigned all over the world. We are seeking a customer-oriented candidate, who is eager to further develop automation of the processes and increase overall efficiencies for our clients. The hired person will join our Global Mobility Services team dedicated to working with KPMG’s key client.
Your daily duties will include
- Providing first level support for clients and KPMG central team
- Administer end to end relocation process for assignees and transferees
- Production of cost estimates, balance sheets and assignment/transfer documents
- Hold Briefing calls for assignees and transferees on all relevant aspects of their assignment / transfer
- Working with vendors (Relocation, Medical and Tax Companies) to ensure good colleague experience
- Be main point of coordination for HR Advisors, Business, Payroll, Immigration and Security Teams
- Resolve one-off issues as they occur
- Processing ad-hoc requests and reporting (as needed by clients and/or the team)
- Maintaining good Client relationships, responding to queries on a daily basis
- Provide recommendations on future enhancements of global mobility processes, including downstream process innovations that will also streamline the way KPMG provides services to its clients in the future.
- As a super-user of KPMG LINK Go provide ongoing support to update configuration of the system on an ongoing basis, such as adding payrolls, pay codes, updating imports/exports, managing lookups, etc
- Prepare and review cost projections and setup of assignee in KPMG Link Go. Review LOAs and apply for or coordinate application for certificate of coverage
We expect
- University degree or equivalent
- At least 2-3 years’ experience of working in Global Mobility, International HR or International Assignment Administration or International Taxation key technical issues relating to GM, for example taxation, immigration, GM global cycles
- Knowledge of a GM workflow and administration tool (KPMG Link E, KPMG Link M) for GM management would be an asset
- C1 English level proficiency written and oral
- Strong Knowledge of Microsoft tools
- Strong multitasking, organizational skills and interpersonal effectiveness also with different cultures.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Able to work in the matrix reporting lines (dotted line in Poland, direct line in Switzerland)
- Curiosity and desire to solve problems and report on conclusions/outcomes
