Media Team is a part of Motorola Solutions Learning department. Media Team key strategy is to provide best-in-class services to other functions as Documentation Team and Training Team enabling them to output products rich in multimedia. |

• Ability to collaborate with technical writers, training content developers and tools developers in the creation of online courseware, documentation and the front-end for web apps.
• Knowledge of industry standards, tools and design techniques
• Enjoy working in a collaborative environment to achieve project requirements and deadlines
• Ability to collaborate well on projects with remote team members or leaders
• Must be able to show a demo reel/portfolio
• Bachelor's degree in Arts, Graphic Design, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or similar required
• Natural graphic and multimedia design sensibilities
- layout, style, color, typography, etc.
• Ability to demonstrate and justify project-level portfolio during the interview
• Practical knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (at least Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Understanding of video editing basics and video editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects)
• Experience in front-end development (HTML5, CSS3, Javascript)
• Experience in User Interface design and User Experience disciplines is a plus
• Experience with usability testing and knowledge of usability best practices with web/desktop/mobile applications
• Very good English skills
