Woodward’s Industrial Turbine Systems Division is focused on design, production and servicing of electrical and mechanical equipment as well as software for industrial turbine systems (power generation and processing plants, industrial engines incl. marine, etc.). This includes control, protection and visualization systems for all prime movers. We are looking for dedicated Engineer willing to travel and work at our customers’ sites spread across the globe. This position can be filled in by experienced engineer as well as young 1-level graduate, who is excited to learn and travel a lot, courageous to work autonomously with self-learning and problem solving attitude, overcoming various challenges & serving our customers in the good professional manner.

Creates solid models and layouts based upon design specifications and engineering analysis

Creates detailed drawings of parts or subassemblies based upon layouts/models including hydraulic and electrical schematics

Provides verification that designs fulfill engineering, technical and industry specifications

Ensures designs meet manufacturability, testability and reliability criteria

Confers with engineering and manufacturing staff to determine unspecified tolerances and dimensions

Prepares, maintains and archives documentation such as: bills of materials, test specifications, assembly and outline drawings, procedures and specifications

Perform stack-up analysis including statistical approach
- 4+ years of related professional work experience
- Engineering degree on Mechanics
- Proficient at MS Office
- Sound understanding of CAD-based 2D and 3D applications, CREO knowledge preferred
- Understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance
- Knowledge of hydraulic drive, valves, electrical components, fuel pump is preferred
- Ability to orthographically visualize concepts, ideas, and designs to create functional designs form abstract descriptions or information
