Infusion is looking for a Manager, Marketing & Communications to join our global Marketing team and help to increase awareness and build our brand in the Poland marketplace. The incumbent will support Infusion’s strategic growth objectives and our integrated marketing communications strategy by creating a wide range of compelling content for all channels and mediums.
Responsibilities

Build marketing communications and employment brand programs for our Poland markets that nurture and enrich all external perceptions of Infusion. Develop quarterly and annual plans.

Oversee creation and delivery of press releases, advertisements, and other marketing and communications materials across channels. Ensure brand messages are consistent.

Identify key industry events for speaking, sponsorship, and participation opportunities.

Deepen relationships with key media to ensure the most effective messaging and positioning of the organization.

Work with Talent Acquisition on key initiatives, including a recruiting video and campus recruiting program for our Poland markets.

Work with Marketing and Talent Acquisition to engage communities on social media.

Execute company-sponsored employee and new recruit events throughout the year.

Create internal communications program to inspire employees and drive a sense of belonging to a single, extraordinary company.

Analyze market trends and recommend tactics to Marketing and the business.

Delivers regular news briefings and summary reports for senior leadership.

Manage relationships with outside marketing agencies and vendors as necessary.

University degree in journalism, marketing, or communications required.

4+ years in a similar or related role.

Strong verbal and written English-language skills.

Ability to collaborate and work closely with a remote manager and team.

Demonstrated experience and success managing integrated marketing campaigns.

Experience developing and executing public relations plans in support of an overall integrated marketing and communications program.

Excellent business writing and verbal communication/presentation skills.

Excellent writing skills that connect readers to a story by tailoring messages to various audiences and channels.

Accuracy in creating material with meticulous attention to details.

Experience with, or willingness to learn about, all areas of marketing, including messaging, collateral creation, public relations, events management, competitive analysis and strategy, etc.

Demonstrated leadership and management skills coupled with strong business acumen.

Ability to work independently with broadly established methods and procedures, take initiative, look for efficiencies and exercise judgement.

Strong organization skills with the ability to multi-task, meet tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
