We are currently searching for a new colleague whose position will be Senior Sales Analyst / Controller.

 

Summary:

As a Senior Sales Analyst / Controller for Western & Central Europe, you will drive sales output through robust analytics and sound business acumen. You will develop a deep understanding of our sales machine throughout various customer segments, markets, products and acquisition channels. As an expert of sales in numbers you will act as a catalyst around all things in sales, support tactical decision-making and provide an integrated view of sales within the business and its strategic initiatives.

This role is part of the Business Performance team, a cross-functional team that owns everything from revenue operations & strategy and business analytics to data strategy & commercialization and business intelligence. We operate with full discretion on choosing initiatives to execute, always driven by maximizing value for the business and being an integral contributor of the region's growth trajectory.


Job duties:

 

  • Dig deep into vast amounts of data to provide concise recommendations on improving sales performance in 11 European markets (eg lead conversion rates, sales agent performance, processes, tools and technology)
  • Be a trusted advisor to our VP Sales and his team and identify actionable insights for deviations vs plan / forecast
  • Collaborate with sales ops & enablement teams to ensure we are driving the right initiatives
  • Partner with the BI team and provide guidance on new sales KPIs and reports
  • Own parts of sales forecasting and budgeting
  • Advise on best pricing strategies for acquisition offers and on investments into sales channels
  • Partner with product, growth, sales and marketing teams to build business cases and support developing go-to-market strategies
  • Manage external lead brokers, own the respective budget and the flow into our CRM and sales
  • Help evolve our sales commission plans to maximize long-term value generated from sales

Requirements and qualification:

  • Outstanding analytical skills and ability to connect the dots
  • Relevant experience in sales-focused analytical roles
  • Excellent MS Excel knowledge and experience with CRM tools, especially Salesforce
  • Solid SQL knowledge is an advantage
  • Good business acumen paired with high attention to detail
  • Enjoy maneuvering within a fast paced, ambiguous environment and able to handle multiple competing priorities
  • Self-starter who can work with low guidance and is comfortable with taking calculated risks
  • Fluent in English and good communicator
  • Eligible to work in EU without further immigration process (Visa sponsorship, residency etc.)
