Your role
Are you passionate about bringing management reporting to life? Do you know how to solve challenging problems in elegant ways? We’re looking for someone like this to:
- produce senior management reports on time and in the required quality
- Implement and maintain reporting solutions based on user requirements, this includes data sourcing, calculations and presentation in the final report
- automate reporting processes in order to optimize production time and reduce number of errors
- document solution architecture and respective run-the-bank processes
- respond to ad-hoc user inquiries
- cooperate closely with main clients and data providers
Your team
You’ll be working in the Wealth Management and Personal & Corporate Banking Switzerland Reporting team in Zabierzow (Krakow Business Park). We are responsible for producing various senior management reports for Wealth Management and Region Switzerland. These reports cover various aspects of the financial result and its main drivers along different dimensions such as organization, clients and products. Our main client is Senior Management of the company. Furthermore, we operate a helpline that responds to user inquiries regarding various standard management reports and tools.
Your experience and skills
You have:
- degree in Finance/ Economics or similar field
- above 5 years of experience in Financial Reporting preferable in the financial industry
- excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- ability to positively question the status-quo and strive for process improvements
You are:
- a proficient user of MS Excel and MS Access (VBA skills are handy)
- expert user of reporting tools such as Cognos TM1, Hyperion Essbase, or Business Objects
- able to plan and prioritize your own workload and adhere to timelines
- very good team player in a multi-cultural, multi-location environment
- fluent in English (German is a plus)
