Senior/Lead Software Engineer C++ to C#

Requirements

What is required for this position?

• +6 years of professional experience in software development.

• Experience working in a team and coaching young developers.

• Being able to both sketch simple architecture diagram.

• Being able to describe solution with architects and the team.

• Experience with releasing products and assuming its quality.

• Deep understanding of design patterns.

• Balancing right architecture and avoid over architecting solution.

• Designing solutions for future extensions.

• Being able to both do and being subject of code review.

• Eagerness to ask ‘Why?’
