Both need to be interested in generating value for our end-users through our IT request fulfilment process. About this opportunity
Welcome to the User Administration Team 1 team, responsible for provisioning accesses and fulfilling work orders to our internal end-users. Therefore, we must always act according to the access management policies and standards. .
What you’ll be doing:
- Satisfy Request and Work Order fulfilment, according to our policies and procedures
- Access related incident coordination and resolution
- Collaborate with various stakeholders within the IT landscape
- Cross-unit project allocation for Subject Matter Expert resource requests
- Knowledge base refinement and knowledge article creation
- Driving and cultivating Nordea's key priorities
The role is based in Stockholm; Copenhagen; Helsinki; Warsaw.
There are 2 positions available, one covering the Nordics and one covering Poland.Thus, the role is based in either Warsaw, Lindhagen, Taastrup or Helsinki. Please note that due to the nature of the tasks, remote working may not always be possible.

Your experience and background:
- At least 2+ years of experience in a similar role (at least 5 years for the senior role)
- Experience using ITSM; ticketing tools (please describe which ones in your cover letter)
- Experience following, creating, and maintaining technical documentation
- Working with Active Directory or similar environments
- Working with a range of different applications
- Motivated and self-organized
- Aware of the latest developments in automation and script execution
- Experience working within the Agile framework
