Senior IT Service Support Representative
• Job Description:
o You will be part of the central Customer Technology (CT) support team at FedEx EMEA. This group provides quality support to internal and external customers on FedEx automation products and works together with internal teams all over the globe to enhance these automation products in order to provide a better service to the FedEx customers.
o As an IT Service Support Representative (senior level) you will be responsible for:
Providing quality support in English and local language to internal and external customers.
Leading the incident, problem and defect management for multiple FedEx automation products on an EMEA level.
Participating in a team that provides automation support outside business hours (rotating schedule).
Developing internal training material for the FedEx automation products under your responsibility.
Initiate the quality improvements of the automation products and the associated support processes.
o You will work in close collaboration with the regional CT Support, CT Field, Customer Service, Sales and Marketing teams.
• Location: Krakow, Poland.
• Profile Description:
o Fluent in English plus minimum two additional European languages. Strong focus on Dutch and Italian.
o Additional European language skills are a significant advantage.
o You have a passion for technology.
o You have experience with the MS Office suite (minimum Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
o You have basic knowledge about XML (SOAP and REST).
o Good knowledge of the IT function, goals & priorities and of related business areas e.g. Sales, Operations, Revenue Ops etc
o Good knowledge of a min. of 2 relevant data communication protocols.
o You have excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
o Good written and excellent verbal communication skills.
o You are a team player, well organized, highly motivated and customer focused.
o You are able to work with limited supervision.
o You have experience in a commercial and international environment.
o You have a positive attitude.
o Good interpersonal skills with experience of effectively interacting with other teams and cultures.
o You are willing to travel (max. 10%).
