The Senior IT Recruitment Specialist will play a key role supporting the recruitment needs for GDN Poland for IT.
In this role, Senior IT Recruitment Specialist will work closely with our service delivery teams to help determine their specific resourcing needs and execute on an agreed recruitment plan. This role will be the principle point of contact to the Hiring Manager, ensuring all steps in the recruitment process are clearly explained and progress is updated on a timely basis. The Senior IT Recruitment Specialist will take ownership of the end to end recruitment process.
A successful candidate should have a global perspective, including proven experience in leading recruitment projects. The role will report to the EY GDN Poland Recruitment Manager.
- Leading end to end IT recruitment projects with help from a sourcing specialist and an administrative assistant
- Building and strengthening relationships with hiring managers through ongoing resource planning, the creation of robust and detailed job specifications and on-going talent pooling (with support from the sourcing specialist)
- Facilitating the interview and offer process
- Actively seeking out fresh and original sourcing strategies in conjunction with the sourcing specialist
- Identifying recruitment/sourcing process improvements
- Liaising with other GDN Locations through the recruitment network, or global functions HR teams to deliver seamless, aligned recruitment support
- A minimum of 3 years demonstrable experience in leading IT recruitment processes and projects, preferably from international BPO companies or other captive shared services
- Strong customer focus and the ability to manage senior stakeholder relationships
- Ability to build long-lasting relationships with candidates and clients
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively with all employees, managers, and outside vendors is required
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suit (Excel, PowerPoint) and recruitment system (preferably Taleo)
- Fluent English
- Significant LinkedIn network and understanding of how to utilise it for maximum impact
- Experience in searching for candidates, managing recruitment processes and working with Hiring Managers in IT area
