- Executing the full recruitment life cycle of hires from initial briefings to interviews and offers
- Works closely with the business to understand jobs contexts, challenges and successful profile criteria; proactively acting as a partner to the business on all recruitment related matters
- Develop and execute strategies to generate a strong and diverse candidate flow for the current hiring needs, including direct search, vendor management, using new technologies, social networking and campus recruitment
- Liaising with managers to develop job descriptions and sourcing and diversity strategies including internal/external, search firm, agency and direct sourcing/networking methods.
- Experience in IT Recruitment
- Strong knowledge and understanding of local Technology market
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative to proactively handle issues
- Practical experience in talent management and employee branding
