As a newly opened and fast growing Shared Service Centre (SSC) we are looking for an in-house senior recruiter to facilitate our recruitment process and support the business in hiring a significant volume of employees in the near future.

As a key member of the team, you will understand hiring managers' requirements and be responsible for all the steps of the recruitment process . The role involves an in-depth knowledge of Poland labour market as well as Polish labour law. In addition, the successful candidate should have a sound knowledge of the SSC environment.
You will source for candidates directly, using your previous direct sourcing experience and a mix of job boards, social media and other relevant online channels. You may also manage agency relationships where necessary. The role also involves extensive interviewing, providing a professional and positive candidate experience, and negotiating of employment offers.

- End to End recruitment process management (from first contact with the hiring manager through developing the sourcing strategy for each role recruited, direct search, screening and qualifying suitable candidates to offer stage)
- Proven experience in direct sourcing of experienced professionals
- Hold an understanding of recruitment best practice tools and methodologies (e.g. sourcing techniques, direct search method)
- Deploy effective recruitment delivery and attraction strategies, using all sourcing channels effectively
- Fluency in English (both spoken and written) is a must
- Technologically literate with strong computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other commonly used software
- Good organizational skills and time management (attention to detail is critical)
- Excellent people skills; communicative and open to new challenges
- Local market knowledge
- Strong customer focus and the ability to manage senior stakeholder relationships
- Agency management experience is beneficial
