Currently we are looking for candidates who are willing to join our HR Team in Poland as:
Working as a member of the HR team in Poland you will support directly HR related processes within our organization and take part in developing and implementing company’s HR policy supporting the strategy of Vos Logistics. You will provide expert advice on the variety range of local and international HR initiatives and coordinate day-to-day local HR issues.
Your main tasks will include:
- Coordinating and developing HR projects in the field of recruitment, training, on-boarding and employee appraisal
- Supporting other HR processes such as internal communication, commitment building, performance management, staff development, evaluation of job positions, employer branding, compensation & benefits policy
- Administration of employee lifecycle in compliance with Polish labour law legislation (preparing documents for hiring, employee changes, taking care of personnel files and employees’ data base, employment termination processes)
- Preparing reports and analysis of HR and payroll data according to company’s standards
- Daily cooperation with line managers and employees and being the first point of contact in HR-related topics and questions
- SupportingHR Manager with ad hoc requests and HR team with day-to-day duties

Our Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar job
- A Master Degree in HRM or a comparable Master Degree
- Very good English communication skills
- Comprehensive understanding of HRM processes and strong knowledge of Labor Law regulations
- Very good knowledge of MS Office environment
- Extraordinary diplomacy and capacity to manage highly confidential information with discretion
- High level of communication, oral, listening, written and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks
- Commitment, good energy and pro-active attitude
