As Senior HR Business Partner, you will be reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, with wide-ranging responsibility for (A) People Operations (including team management, policies, onboarding, HR, and benefits administration. In addition, you will act as (B) a Business Partner to our Directors and Managers, helping to optimize the performance of our people and organization. Key Responsibilities
- Acting as the primary HR Business Partner for SALESmanago Managers to help accelerate our growth and ensure a healthy, high-performing organization
- Leading a small team (4-6 people) responsible for managing and improving the end-to-end employee experience
- Designing and implementing People policies to support our culture and direction
- Driving employee experience like timely issuance of accurate appointment letters, offer letters, relieving letters, timely closure of any queries with regards to leaves,
- Insurance, compensation, HR policies, etc.
- Work with other members of our People Leadership Team to ensure a joined-up approach across Talent Acquisition, People Communications, Technology and Learning.
- Proven work experience as an HR Manager, HR Business Partner, or similar role
- Good experience and strong understanding of HR processes
- Good knowledge of Polish Labour Law
- Excellent decision-making and analytical skills
- Strong verbal as well as non-verbal communication skills
- Exceptional team management and organizational skills
- Ability to take quick decisions while working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain a positive and healthy working environment
- Fluent in English
