Inviting applications for the role of the HR Business Partner!
Senior HR Business Partner in Genpact Poland will drive the People Agenda for Genpact Poland employees, based out of Krakow, adjusting the global and regional HR strategy to the local nuances
Responsibilities:
- Active participation in aligning the human resources strategy to the business imperatives in cooperation with local business and functional leaders and ensuring a good employee experience to all employees
- Owning staffing, retention, engagement, wellbeing, talent development and C&B targets, along with business leaders
- Managing procedures and supporting client organization on performance and talent management and succession planning
- Ensuring that the organization has the right resources, capabilities and talent to deliver immediate and future business objectives
- Supporting the recruitment process and selection of the right candidates for key positions
- Enabling a high performance culture by designing and implementing programs that reward and recognize key employee capabilities, skills, behaviors, experience and performance
- Defining and implementing programs that embed a transparent and merit based organization, health, safety and wellbeing mindset and helping in minimizing people and business risks in line with the regional strategy and in compliance to the local legislation
- Developing and maintaining a good relationships with local management and leadership and offering expert advice in all matters relating to employment relations
- Managing the complex employee relations casework including dispute resolutions, disciplinary, grievances, absence, retirement and redundancy
- Supporting organizational transformation and change processes from HR prospective (including redundancies and ARD transfers)
- Contributing to the continuous transformation of the HR processes across the region working with Europe/Global HR team
- Supporting growth projects, as part of the deal cycle, representing the HR stream and front facing customers in such projects
Qualifications:
- University degree or equivalent
- CIPD or equivalent HR certification is a plus
- Fluency in English
- Digital literacy, including HR tools and people analytics
- 3 - 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in Trust & Safety specific to Content Moderation, BPO or SSC environment
- Proven track record in an independent role within HR functions (HRBP, HR Manager, HR Specialist, Employee Relationship, etc)
- Previous experience in employee relations casework including dispute resolutions, disciplinary, grievances, absence, retirement and redundancy
- Expertise in HR in another European country can be a plus
- Passionate HR Professional with high work ethics
