Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for comprehensive personnel administration service about 1,400 employed persons (employment contracts, civil contracts)
- Dealing with staff-related matters (keeping personal files, preparing documents related to employment relationship and its expiration: employment contracts, annexes, certificates, work certificates, according with the labour law provisions
- Supporting existing HRSS team to enter data into HR system (HCM) and manage employees’ database in an efficient way
- Preparing employee reports to support HR team
- Supporting team to manage all types of employee absences, including holiday balance registration meeting the local legislation requirement
- Supporting team and update with new rules on occupational medicine examinations, OHS training and employee benefits
- Supporting HR Managers in the field of personnel administration management
- Supporting Managers in personnel administration issues
- Cooperating on daily basis with internal payroll team and payroll services vendor
- Optimization of personnel administration processes in the company in accordance with current needs
- Training Current HRSS (your team members of 8) in labour law to enable them up to speed and understand the legal requirement and continuous changes
- Monitoring together with HR Manager correctness and timeliness of processes
- You will be responsible for implementing potential interesting projects within the team
- Min. 3 years of experience on an independent/ expert position, in comprehensive personnel administration service of company, with wide spectrum of labour law
- Higher education
- Good command of English
- Very good, practical knowledge of current labour law and personnel administration processes
- Very Good, practical knowledge of provisions regarding working time
- Practical understanding of social security and tax regulations issues
- Good command of MS Office, including Excel
- Analytical skills
- Teamwork skill and willingness to supervise work of junior specialists in the team
- Reliability, timeliness and organization skills of own and others work
- Openness to look for improvements and optimization within your area of responsibility
- Experience in working with different HR systems will be an advantage
- Knowledge in PPK and work registration procedure
