At this level, analysts will have exposure to all areas of the group, while slowly specializing to a concentration.
What you will need to get this job:
- at least one year of experience in a similar role would be useful, but we're much more interested in how quickly you can learn new skills
- at least two years of professional work experience so that you integrate seamlessly
- experience in using MS Office applications, especially MS Excel and one other application
- excellent English especially writing skills – you need to be at least C1+ (on the CEFR scale) because you'll be drafting reports for clients
- very good Italian – you need to be at least B2+ (on the CEFR scale) because you'll be using the language for research, data entry and communication with local colleagues
- good organizational skills – you'll need to handle multiple projects at the same time and manage your time effectively
- a bachelor's or master's degree would be useful, but is not essential
Key Responsibilities:
- providing analytical project support for Aon’s global benefits survey
- participating in data collection and supporting data submission process using Aon’s technology platform for global benefits management
- assisting in developing, analyzing and drafting results and final reports for countries in Europe, Middle East, Africa and the Americas
- supporting other global benefits projects such as data collection and population
- understand the elements of peer review, and ability to self-review work
- provide feedback to global and other resources on intellectual capital
What you'll do once you're fully trained:
- use your analytical skills to support Aon's Global Benefit's Survey
- collect and submit data into Aon's platform for managing global benefits
- conduct research into employee benefits and develop new global materials
- develop your writing skills by analysing and drafting survey results and final reports
