Your role
Do you have a sharp analytical skills? Are you great with numbers? Do you like to solve problems and increase efficiencies? We are looking for someone like that to:
- managing monthly and quarterly reporting processes and products, focusing on financial close, control, analysis and reporting
- administrating internal and external reporting processes and products, covering legal entity reports as well as interfaces to Group Finance data warehouse
- coordinating the global service delivery, enabling implementation of the Finance Target Process Model
- ensuring high quality financial reporting process and driving the cross-functional Finance users alignment
- reviewing and analyzing inputs and run checks and balances on financial information
- ensuring that accurate and timely reported financial information is provided to UBS Legal Entity and Divisional CFOs
Your team
You will be working in the Group Reporting / Internal Reporting Team within Reporting and Analytics Services (RAS) in Zabierzow, Krakow Business Park. Our role is to manage a global UBS Group reporting system (INSIGHT Group) for all data and key performance indicators (KPI) used in financial reporting and analysis for senior decision making bodies in UBS, such as the Group Executive Board and the Board of Directors, as well as for external stakeholders such as regulators and investors and public disclosure and the FCP reporting tool used to support the financial close of UBS Group entities.
Your experience and skills
You have:
- 2-5 years of working experience in an international accounting and financial reporting environment
- an academic degree in Finance or Economics
- expert level of MS Excel skills (preferably including VBA)
- very good knowledge of and SAP and PowerPoint (SAP-BW and/or Cognos/TM1 will be an advantage)
- diligent working style
You are:
- proficient in design and implementation of efficient and scalable integrated reporting solutions
- an excellent communicator, highly proficient in business English
