we are currently looking for experienced candidates on the position of Financial Analyst.
Financial Analyst will ensure appropriate development and execution of the annual operating plan for the EH European sales and service teams for both revenue and expenses, with particular focus on the Central Europe region. The Financial Analyst will participate in a variety of forecast calls that will result in a monthly and quarterly revenue and expense forecast, and will provide support to the European leadership team (with particular attention to the designated sub-region) that is required to make informed business decisions. This position has significant interaction with all levels of management and builds effective working relationships across the organization. As the main responsibilities the Successful Candidate will develop and aid in the execution of the annual operating plan for the Environmental Health European team, monitor the revenue generation and operating expenses for the European sales and service organizations against the annual operating plan and assist with tracking and execution of the incentive compensation plans developed by sales operations. Financial Analyst will be responsible for participating in forecasting calls with the sales team to track progress of large opportunities and ensuring accuracy of the latest forecast. What is more, this position requires thoroughly analyzing changes in market and customer trends to the sales and finance team as well as providing analysis and support to EH European senior leadership team for monthly meetings, strategic goal setting, annual operating plans, and monthly/quarterly operational reviews. As a key member of a finance team Candidate will report forecasts and recommendations to the EH finance team during monthly reviews, utilize leadership and interpersonal skills to interact with cross-functional teams in a matrix environment. This position works with various functions of the company and work activities require direct interaction with senior business and finance leaders throughout the company as well as some global/regional travel for meetings with the Environmental Health leadership, Shared Service teams and Finance teams.
As an ideal Candidate you should have minimum of 3 years' working experience in the field of finance. Appling for this position the Candidate should also has at least Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business, Finance, or Accounting. Chartered Accountant, CIMA, or MBA is a plus. This position requires excellent MS Excel skills, knowledge of SAP and Business Objects is essential as well as experience in working with DACH, Benelux and/or Russia is a big advantage.
