Senior / Finance & Accounting Process Specialist English Speaker PMO

Job Description:
- Delivers a high quality, professional and proactive day to day service to client, within agreed SLA’s and ensures these are fulfilled according to the timetable agreed with the client
- Checking for collating and inputting required Projects accruals/prepayments
- Collation of invoicing information and invoice preparation for Projects & Run
- Set up of Projects Effect sheets and subsequent monthly updates
- Raising & receipting Purchase Orders for Projects & Run
- Reconciliation of Projects Register financial details
- Collation of Account expense requests for approval
- Contract Status Monitoring
- Monitoring & updating various trackers
- Handling ad hoc queries & reports
- Supporting The Project PMO team with the financial processes
- Resolves complex queries and handles sensitive individual cases within PMO process
- Ensures process is controlled according to the agreed procedures
- Makes sure the procedures are understood and being followed by other team members.
Candidate's profile:
- Preferable University or college degree in accounting / finance
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the finance area
- Expert knowledge of GL processes and Financial Analysis, including management reporting, complex financial reconciliations
- Knowledge of other processes Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Collections would be an asset
- PMO background would be a an advantage
- Very good knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
- Very good PC skills – especially MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook (advanced knowledge of excel – creation of macros would be an asset)
- Very good analytical and communication skills
- Client focus attitude
- Willing to work in accordance to Client’s country specific calendar (UK) and time (9:30-18:00)
- Knowledge of financial services organization, finance environment or Business Process Outsourcing
