Job description
Are you an experienced C++ developer, with a passion for delivering great products used by thousands of users? If so, we'd love to talk to you about an opening that we have for a C++ developer on our Dameware team.
Dameware is used by thousands of system administrators to securely manage and troubleshoot Windows machines, and Active Directory remotely, as well as perform other routine IT management tasks. You can learn more or download this product here: http://www.dameware.com.
What would you be responsible for in this role?
- Design and implementation of one or more products / modules in C++ for Windows
- Participation on development of various aspects of the product
- Create design documents from requirements
- Collaborate with testing, documentation and product management
- Work in a dynamic team with good career opportunities
Requirements
What is needed for this position?
- Strong command of C++
- Strong problem solving skills
- Solid understanding of the development process
- Able to use English on a daily basis
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
What are some desired (not required) skills?
- Programming experience with Network programming, TCP/IP, Sockets, MFC, WinAPI
- Knowledge of Wireshark, SignalR, Chilkat, SSL, security certificates
- Networking knowledge
- Familiarity with MSI based installers
- Experience with Device Drivers
