Senior Customer Service Specialist
Location: Wrocław
The Role:
- Collect and analyze data from databases to facilitate KPI reporting for Services department,
- Guide definition of Service process, their implementation and maintenance,
- Collect, consolidates and analyzes feedback from internal customers to deduce improvement actions increasing effectiveness of Service procedures,
- Participate in Service projects following best practice project management standards,
- Guide operational Service teams on adoption of best practice Service system usage,
- Closely work with IT departments to represent and translate Service business needs into IT requirements,
- Gives proactive feedback to colleagues and team/management.
Requirements:
- Operational working experience in Service department (Technical and/or Customer Support).
- Working experience with either Service Management, ERP or CRM software systems (e.g.SAP, SFDC).
- Organized and diligent working style following a structured approach to problem solving.
- Technical and/or scientific degree/education in service, science or general business administration.
- Solid working experience to analyse data from ERP or CRM system
- Very good English language skills both written and spoken.
