Job description
- Operational analysis and reporting includes but is not limited to daily, weekly, monthly statistics against SLA and real time call traffic
- Provide reports related to workload, performance and staffing utilisation
- Provide onsite support in incident management and outage escalation, management of the communication between Capgemini and Client
- Communicates with senior leadership on critical operational needs
- Performs ad hoc analysis of centre performance at the request of both client and Capgemini.
- Assist in performing detailed analysis of operational processes and develop alternatives and recommendations for improvement
- Independently works to identify opportunities for improvement in site performance
- Other duties as assigned by Management
Position purpose
We are looking for the person to join the Command Center team.
A Command Center Agent is a reporting Specialist providing a Client with agreed, or requested reports, support engagement in improvements initiatives, using various tools, initiate improvements in the reporting and standardization and streamlining the processes.
Requirements
- Proficient with MS Excel must have
- Experience in Analysis/Reporting of huge amount of data
- Very good analytical skills and attention to details
- Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Knowledge of: MS Access, VBA nice to have
- Background in AP, AR or GL would be an asset
- Focus on providing services of high quality
- Ability to work under time pressure
- High self-motivation to achieve targets set by Account Management and the client
- High flexibility and ability to work in changeable environment
- Proactive attitude and innovative approach
- Ability to work on tight deadlines
- Very good organizational skills
- High personal standards
