Currently, to our offices in Krakow, Katowice and Opole we are looking for candidates for the position of:
- Supporting Capacity Manager (Process Manager)
- Communicating the vision of Capacity Management to all involved parties
- Raising awareness of the Capacity Management process within the organisation (both Capgemini and Client)
- Planning and managing the use of resources according to the Capacity Management process
- Acting as the Point of Contact for the Capacity Management for all involved parties
- Monitoring the effectiveness and efficiency of the process
- Keeping up with the trends within the process
- Creating and managing Capacity Management process documentation
- Monitoring and validating whether the registered information about Capacity related issues is correct and complete
- Supervising the correct performance of procedures and work instructions by the Specialists
- Building and maintaining relationships with the other Process Managers
- Detecting issues relevant to the process and implementing corrective actions
- Drawing attention to Capacity issues that are not resolved for a longer period of time
- Graduate level or demonstrable equivalent
- Experience or practical knowledge about capacity management
- ITIL Foundation V3 and experience in ITIL processes
- Experience of working to agreed service levels
- Experience in dealing with technical and non technical teams
- Ability to facilitate or lead a meeting
- Good understanding of IT infrastructure and IT support models
- Technical Knowledge eg. Windows- or Linux Administrator
- Ability to multi task and take on additional roles as and when required
- Organisational skills and “can do” attitude
- Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal
- Strong analytic and decision making abilities
- Must be a team player and able to work with and through others.
- Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
- Fluent German and English is essential
