Development and execution of KFC marketing strategy for Poland to secure delivering brand sales and profitability targets.
- Creating and executing the KFC Brand marketing strategy for Poland
- Developing effective and efficient marketing communication strategies and media support (ATL-BTL-Digital)
- Developing product positioning and providing guidelines for new product development
- Preparing financial assumptions and forecasts for marketing activities
- Analyzing and evaluating past marketing promotions
- Managing annual KFC PL marketing budget
- Managing, supporting and developing KFC PL Marketing team
- University degree (Marketing/Management preferable)
- A least 10 years of professional experience including 3 years’ experience on similar position
- Experience in executing multidimentional (360) campaigns with help of local and international advertising agencies (ATL-BTL-Digital)
- Experience in working on an international brand will be an advantage
- Fluent English
- Knowledge of consumer marketing
- Project management skills
- Great analytical and conceptual skills
- Good leadership skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially of Excel
