Senior AP Accountant
Location: Kraków
For one of our clients – well-recognized multinational financial institution based in Krakow we are currently looking for an experienced Senior AP Accountant.
Main responsibilities
Performing all accounts payable activities including:
- Managing and processing invoices making sure no discrepancies are made
- Managing T&E payments process
- Closing of AP sub- ledgers
- Meeting monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting deadlines
- Ensuring adherence to all established procedures, best practices and controls
- Playing a key role in the training and development of junior team members
- Cooperating with different parties
Qualifications:
- University degree in Accounting / Finance or gained through experience.
- Minimum 1,5 years of AP/ AR accounting experience
- Strong aptitude for numbers and figures.
- Ability to work accurately while meeting strict deadlines.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Willing to coach and develop junior team members.
