Join our Turbine Systems team as an SCRUM MASTER.
We are seeking a skilled and passionate professional, to join our Turbines Systems, Electronics Group. The Scrum Master will lead software projects for modern industrial electronics hardware that is used to monitor and control gas / steam turbines, or to control electro-hydraulic valves in gas / steam fuel systems in Large Scale Fixed Installations like Power Stations or Refineries.

- Champion the use of the Agile Software development process to support the development of products
- Lead the scrum and development team in using Agile methodology and scrum practices
- Coach team members in Agile frameworks and guide development teams to higher scrum maturity
- Coordinate sprints, retrospective, review and daily stand-up meetings
- Monitor progress through management reviews, work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests
- Presents and represents project status to customer and Woodward executive leadership
- Evaluate and drive implementation and maintenance of appropriate Agile tools
- Assist the team in removing impediments and propose opportunities for improvements
- May author and/or approve organizational documents and operating procedures
- Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
- 5 or more years of proven experience in SW project management, Agile development process, ScrumMaster
- Expert knowledge of Agile SW project management tools / ScrumMaster
- Solid knowledge and experience with embedded software development required
- Strong leadership skills
- Working on assigned tasks independently to meet schedule
- Ability to effectively operate in the project team environment
- Fluent English and Polish languages skills
