Requirements
- Solid experience as a Scrum Master
- Experience in agile methods such as Scrum and Kanban (with JIRA Agile)
- Facilitating Scrum Ceremonies (Planning Sessions, Stand Ups, Reviews, Retrospectives), Backlog Refinement and User Story Workshops
- Highly skilled in organizing, planning, and communication
- Excellent English, both written and spoken
Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of agile methods such as Scrum and Kanban
- Spread an agile mindset in the team
- Coach the team including the Product Owner in agile values, principles and practices
- Clear impediments of your team
- Care for your team to continuously improve regarding quality and efficiency of work as well as team cooperation
- Support team building activities
- Take care that your team complies with the development process
- Combine agile methods using LeSS framework
- Closely cooperate with the Product Owner and network with the other Scrum Masters
