Scrum Master
Location: Kraków

Main tasks:
- implementing Scrum elements and taking care of them to be understood and used,
- removing problems that stand in the way of the Scrum Team,
- work in a self-realizing team, in a dynamic environment,
- using soft and hard competences in everyday duties,
- supporting the Product Owner in effective Product Backlog management as well as understanding and practicing agility,
- team coaching in the use of agile practices,
- taking care of information flow between the team and its stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in the Scrum Master area,
- minimum one year of experience in coordinating scrum teams, and research in IT project management,
- understanding of agile principle, values, techniques, theory and servant leadership,
- Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certificates are welcome,
- team player with good communication and organizational skills,
- ability to coach and support development teams at various stages of agile maturity,
- good English skills (daily contacts with foreign team members/customers).
