You are part of the RFSW R&D team in charge of feature development for 5G Radio Units, that are meant to be delivered to worldwide customers.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Coach Squad/Scrum team and PO on Scrum and on how to get the best of it.
• Coach the team on engineering practices improving the SW quality and team efficiency.
• Coach the PO on Agile project management
• Help the team to remove impediments
• Challenge the status quo inside and outside the team. Internalize Continuous Improvement mindset across the development organization (team, PO, management)
• Use your good/effective communication and negotiation skills to facilitate resolving team conflicts
• Lead team to reliable, accurate and practical planning and estimation that will ensure timeliness, quality and succesful deliveries following Product Owner priorities.

Our expectations:

• Telecommunications engineer, with basic experience in software development as designer, architect or tester and you wish to evolve to scrum master role or you are already a scrum master or product owner.
• You are familiar with wireless telecom technologies.
• Knowledge in Telecom protocols, Agile methodology, C++ programming and object-oriented design as well is appreciated.
• You have strong synthesis and analysis skills.
• You have excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• You are able to respect your engagements and are driven for results.
• You are autonomous and able to present clear and concise reporting.
• You have teamwork mindset, open to an international context as we cooperate with several different sites (Finland, Poland, USA, China).
• You are eager to discover new technologies, and willing to share your creativity, skills and wish for team working.
• You are fluent in English.
