For our Client, global technical support centre we are currently looking for:
SAS Visual Analyst
Location: Kraków |

Tasks:
- Support for SL3 project,
- Provide solution for productionincidents,root cause analysis,
- Review the code and provide break fix for the code level issues if any
- Improve stability of production, suggest new functionality by raising Enhancement request with Development team,
- Provide performance improvement related fixes as a onetime solution and make recommendation for permanent fix by raising Enhancement/GCM to improve the production stability
- Provide the Ad-hoc data extract request,
- Provide necessary technical expertise on reported issues with L1/L2 team,
- Specialize in planning, designing, maintaining and supporting ,
- Provide break fix to clean up data issue & onetime data
- Update manually errors/release related to issues/bug,
- Bulk data updates as part of Compliance and Regulatory requirement ,
- Provide/participate Business Continuity testing support
Your profile:
- Should Have
- Experience in SAS BI Applications (IMAPS, OLAP Cube studio, SAS Dashboard, Web Report Studio and Information Delivery portal)
- Specialization in Fraud detection, Alert management, Link analysis using SAS Fraud Framework Applications (SAS Case Management, Workflow Studio and Social Network Analysis)
Nice to have:
- Exposure to SAS VA (Visual Analytics) LASR Server Administration
