Position purpose
We are looking for IT/accounting/finance Team Leader who has experience in working within SAP environment.
Act as key point of contact for business and IT stakeholders regarding user management processes and execution, security design and security governance landscape including SAP GRC, SAP FICO, SAP BW.
This includes key tasks as follows:
- Manage a team of SAP Senior Specialists and Specialists
- Collect and validate change requests, challenge business requirements, review and challenge technical solution design and supervise implementation for both business-as-usual and roll-in projects
- Monitor security governance on Global Finance Core landscape, support GFC platform management and business platform ownership in executing governance according to SOX and other related control framework
- Represent the department in projects providing relevant subject matter expertise, assume individual project or subproject responsibility in related areas
Main accountabilities
Team management:
- Management of a team providing SAP support in the area of SAP FICO, BPC and BW
- Collaboration with peers and key stakeholders on Capgemini and Client side
User/ Security Management:
- Execute business content ownership on security concept for SAP GFC, act as gatekeeper for design changes, review and challenge business requirements
- Monitor user provisioning/ revocation, periodical recertification and perform compliance checks
- Execute business governance on role design and safeguard key design principles like “need to know”, segregation of duties etc.
- Interact closely with other teams to security development and user assignment activities
Projects/Change:
- Ownership and continuous improvement of Risk and Compliance framework in the area of User Access management
- Management and development of SOX control framework
- Represent the department in projects related to the user and security management in GFC; provide input to associated projects as needed; act as gatekeeper for security in future roll-in projects of SAP convergence
- Lead work packages in the areas of user management, access and security in SAP
Process development:
- Provide continuous process and system improvement in user management including supporting tools
- Support reviews on application landscape to gain efficiencies and improve comfort level
Applications and tools to be managed / developed:
- SAP GRC
- SAP FI/CO
- SAP BW
Requirements
At least 3 years working experience in an international accounting and reporting environment, preferably in an insurance company or consulting firm with appropriate background, especially in security and user management in FI/CO and related modules
- Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting or IT
- Expert knowhow in implementing and applying Sarbanes Oxley control frameworks and other types of related control framework in a Finance systems environment
- Expert level knowledge for authorizations/ security parameters on the modules as follows:
SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) (must have)- SAP FI/CO (ideally NewGL) and related modules (will be an asset)
- SAP BW (will be an asset)
- Very good command of spoken and written English
- Communicative knowledge of German would be an asset
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (proficient with MS Excel)
- Service oriented, willingness to develop skills and scope of responsibility
- Maintain high standards in service quality as well as documentation of concepts, decisions and implementation documents
