Position purpose
We are looking for IT/accounting/finance specialist who has experience in working within SAP environment.
The candidate will be responsible to manage and to deliver maintenance and support for various finance applications.
He/she is the lead subject matter expert in the area of user management, access and security for SAP BI and non-BI platforms and will provide expertise and guidance to the team colleagues as well as to the customers. Besides regular day to day work this role includes working represent FSM in projects and important initiatives related to the BU support and master data function, and continually improve internal support processes, tools and other support infrastructures. The jobholder also runs regular user review processes on applications in scope and represents a department in SOX audits.
He is a SAP BCS specialist with a strong working knowledge of BW and a hands-on manager.
Main accountabilities
Support:
- Responsible for the day-to-day provision of business support in the BU Support and Master Data maintenance functions, in particular user management, access rights definition, review processes according to internal control framework/SOX during 12 closing cycles per year
- Provide guidance, carry out implementation cycles of enhancements and change requests in area(s) of expertise
Projects/Change:
- Represent FSM in projects related to the applications managed by FSM; provide input to associated projects as needed
- Lead work packages in the areas of user management, access and security in SAP
Process development
- Provide continuous process / system improvement in specialist area(s)
- Support reviews on application landscape to gain efficiencies and improve comfort level
Stakeholder Management: Participation in the global Power User network development, involvement in knowledge management, documentation and training

Requirements
- At least 2 year working experience in international accounting and reporting environment, preferably in an insurance company or consulting firm with appropriate background, especially in authorizations
- Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting or IT
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (proficient with MS Excel, Access)
- Very good command of spoken and written English
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Proactive attitude and innovative approach
- Service oriented, able to work well under pressure, willingness to develop skills and scope of responsibility
- Flexible in working style and hours (especially around close times)
