Position purpose
We are looking for IT/accounting/finance specialist who has experience in working within SAP environment.
Hired person will be responsible for the delivery of Business Support for various finance applications.
He/she will successfully deliver support helpdesk services via timely issue resolutions, escalation, and resolver group liaison on a daily basis. Being a subject matter expert in the relevant area of expertise within the support team he/she will provide expertise and guidance to team colleagues as well as to the stakeholders, e.g. business units and Corporate Center Finance teams. The jobholder will work with the Head of BU Support and Master Data to continually improve internal support processes, tools, and other support infrastructure as well as the ongoing administration.

- Data Collection and Validation
- SAP-BCS: customizing & consolidation processes
- Portal and support tools management
Main accountabilities
- Responsible for the day-to-day provision of Financial Integrated Platform business support in the Data Collection & Validation area
- Providing guidance, carrying out implementation cycles of enhancements and change requests in area(s) of expertise
- Continuous process/system improvement in specialist area(s)
- Participation in the global Power User network development, involvement in knowledge management, documentation
- Providing input to associated projects as needed
- Coaching and development of team members
- Providing and brokering support services to multiple customer groups:
- Approx. 800 end-users via a global network of approx. 100 Power Users
- Group Controller Department: Group Controller Department: 12 closing cycles per year
- Applications and tools to be managed/developed:
- SAP-BCS, SAP-BW
- SAP Enterprise Portal, Support tool
- Authorization database
Requirements
- At least 2 years working experience in respective activities
- Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting or IT
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (proficient with MS Excel, Access)
- Expert level knowledge in one or more areas of expertise:
- SEM-BCS, collection and consolidation processes
- SAP BI-IP , data collection
- SAP BI Authorizations
- Data Collection & Validation
- Master Data, data interfacing
- MS Excel, VBA
- Very good command of spoken and written English
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Proactive attitude and innovative approach
