SAP Specialist – Business Analyst Consolidation Processes and Company Structures

Position purpose
We are looking for IT/accounting/finance specialist who has experience in working within SAP environment.
The candidate will be responsible for the delivery of maintenance and support for finance applications of such as Group planning and management reporting platform, as well as other existing or future finance applications.
Main accountabilities
- Delivery maintenance and support services via timely issue resolutions, escalation, and re-solver group liaisons on a daily basis, focusing on company master data and consolidation support processes during 12 closing cycles per year
- Subject matter expertise in specialist area within the support team and taking an active role in support team knowledge transfer
- Working with stakeholders and line management on continuous improvement of processes, tools and support infrastructure
- Contribute to projects in the area of expertise
Specialist areas:
- SAP BPC, SAP BW/BI, SAP BI-IP
- Master data processes and tools
- Training and Documentation
Requirements
- At least 2 years working experience in international accounting and reporting environment, preferably in an insurance company or consulting firm with appropriate background, especially in authorizations
- Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting or IT
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (proficient with MS Excel, Access)
- Very good command of spoken and written English
- Experience in master data processes and tools
- Service oriented, able to work well under pressure, willingness to develop skills and scope of responsibility
- Proven ability to work in a structured and systematic manner, using strong analytical skills
- Accurate style of work, strong focus on quality of deliverables
- Well experienced team player to work in a complex Finance environment
- Very good communication skills
- Flexible in working style and hours (esp. around close times)
- Medium-level skills in one or more areas of expertise:
- SEM BPC, SAP BW/BI, SAP BI-IP
- Microsoft Office, in particular Excel VBA and MS Office
- Master Data, data interfacing
