SAP Integration Leader
Job Description
- Governs the Integration Methodology, defining integration guidelines for process-, data- and user-centric integration scenarios. Improves the Methodology on an ongoing basis and ensures that it is being followed
- Caters for a common terminology across various teams/areas and a systematic approach to the selection of integration technologies (SAP and non-SAP)
- Coordinates the Integration activities within the Blue Ocean Program for all project delivery (roll-ins and template enhancement projects) and service delivery activities.
- Manages the internal and external Integration Team members (~10) across three IT Competence Centers (Poland, Switzerland and India)
- Ensures reliable build and capacity plans, closely managing progress, cost, performance, and quality. Provides a consistent and up-to-date build status to the different stakeholders and proactively acts in case of deviations
- Enables management decisions based on plans, status and proposals
- Facilitates a seamless alignment of his team with functional and cross-functional teams within System Integration Management, Functional Integration Management, Project Management and the Service Delivery organization

- University degree
- More than 3 years of experience in managing teams in a multi-sourcing (onsite and offshore) environment
- More than 8 years of professional experience with different Integration technologies, including at least 3 years integrating with an SAP environment.
- At least 2 international full-cycle implementation projects
- Experience with SAP Process Integration and/or IBM Sterling Gentran is a plus
- You are a proactive and communicative team player with a critical, yet result-oriented and positive attitude
- You are used to providing the required input in order to enable management decisions
- You don’t mind frequent traveling to foreign countries (international, 20 – 30% depending on the project phase)
- You have excellent English language skills (written and spoken). Knowledge of other languages is a plus
