Requirements:
- Academic graduate preferably in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Informatics or similar studies
- +3 years of practical experience in supporting and managing SAP applications in the Finance environment
- Experience in customizing and conceptual design of SAP solutions
- Good understanding of Financial data flows and processes; management of considerable projects
- Knowledge of SAP FI (AP, AR, GL, FI-AA, etc.) preferably also adjacent SAP modules (e.g. CO); Project Management
- Good knowledge of English (both oral and written)
- German language skills are a plus

Responsibilities:
- Application management:
- Manages applications and services within the SAP landscape with focus on SAP ERP FI and/or CO
- Ensures a smooth operation of the Finance IT applications for LGBS and its worldwide LH Group customers
- Support and consulting of internal LGBS business units and customers in LH group in IT-related issues in the field of Finance
- Conceptual design and implementation of new applications within the Finance IT landscape
- Continuous monitoring of interfaces and automated processes regarding integrity, performance and optimal usage, ensuring a smooth and stable IT support for the Finance processes offered by LGBS
- Derives necessary technical and conceptual measures from the monitoring analysis, plan and implement the same in direct interaction with Customer, Finance IT team and service providers
- Customizing of the supported applications according to technical and/or business needs, coordination of test activities and ongoing documentation of the supported solutions
- Handling of Incidents and Change Requests
- Drives automation and digitization in Finance IT and the supported processes
- Anchorman/woman for LGBS Finance IT in KRK:
- Represent the LGBS SAP Finance IT team on-site in KRK
- Acts as primary contact for IT-related issues of Finance process management units as well as operations in KRK, ensuring close communication and alignment of acitivities
- Acts as the 2nd-level support for SAP FI topics in KRK, solving on-site and/or filtering the issues for further solutioning within the Finance IT team and/or the service provider
- Collects requirements in a structured way, understanding them in depth and design solutions together with the Finance IT team in Germany and service providers
- Conducts and supports trainings and workshops
- IT Product Management:
- Acts as product manager for selected IT applications, including budget and controlling functions
- Manages the lifecycle of IT-products and ensure alignment to IT strategy and IT architecture guidelines
- Project Management:
- Manages and supports projects in the field of Finance IT (e.g. international roll-out of solutions, IT harmonization projects, implementation of new functionalities)
- Supports customer projects and internal projects in terms of project planning and execution
