Opportunity for a SAP Expert to join Honeywell Building Technologies in Katowice (Poland) during this exciting time of expansion for our business. As a member of the Customer Service team, you will be responsible for determining how to implement process changes and improvements for Order to Cash. That will give you a chance to use your training skills and share your expertise/ knowledge with Customer Agents.
The Role / Core responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business leaders and local subject matter experts for continuous improvement
- Define business requirements for the order to cash processes and process improvements
- Configure new process and improvement changes within the ERP
- Lead order to case User Acceptance Testing
- Deliver demonstrations of the order to case as needed
- Provide Training to local subject matter experts/trainers
- Audit the ERP environments for conformance to standard process
- Identify Risks, Issues, Decisions, and Escalations

We’re looking for
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent education or experience in similar roles)
- Business fluent in written and spoken German and fluent English
- Working knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures of ERP Order to Cash, specifically SAP
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experience in an Order to Cash function
